Mountain Equipment Co-op: Website content developer 2012-

In January 2012, I joined the Marketing and Communications team at Mountain Equipment Co-op.

Vancity Credit Union: Web content administrator 2011-2012

In 2011, I worked for Vancity where I was responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the website. In addition to hand-coding HTML and CSS content, I worked with marketing specialists to plan and deliver online campaign material, including web pages, graphics, and online banking messages. I provided ongoing support for Vancity's online channels, including troubleshooting and solving technical issues. In 2011, my team launched three major projects: eTransfers, mobile banking, and an iPhone app.

University of York: Web migration assistant 2007-2011

At York, I worked for the Department of Music and later the Communications Office. While in the Department of Music, I independently worked to redevelop the department website with input from staff, students, and the web office. After this, I was hired by the web office to help migrate existing sites into the university's new CMS. One of my projects was developing the new About the Campus subsite.

University of Western Ontario: Web assistant 2005-2006

At the Western, I worked in a team of two to maintain and develop university websites, provide suppport to departments and other offices, as well as establish a social media presence.
